if your gonna get rid of the buttons then they should put a usb jack on the bottom, that would be pretty handy

@dragonriderpictures i think the buttons make it look better. i thought the 3rd generation shuffle was a bit boring.

well i would prefer this one but thats just me my sis likes the one with new features but i just want to listen to music i don’t want all that extra stuff like the camera or whatever. if i wanted a camera i would buy it oh well. good vid though. p.s. clen your nails!

I definitely think Buttons are better. But it depends on the user I think. I think because they have now added buttons and kept the voice playlists from the 3rd gen, they are satisfying everyone. And, the design is still smaller than the 2nd gen, so I think that if you are a shuffle user, you should get this shuffle!

I had never given thought that Apple’s headphones are the only ones to work with the product. That actually makes me look over the whole adding buttons thing differently now. But truth be told, adding buttons for the product just made it seem less interesting and far more bulky and unattractive. Apple may very well take away the buttons again next year.

After leaveing walmart with the 1gb iPod shuffle (green), I had no idea how to skip sougs and turn the volume botton, but that answers everything! The earphones apple put in the packages. I still think the one I just bought yesterday is better than this 4 gb type (no offence). Only thing i like about it, is that the clipy iPod have 4gb, and thats pretty much it.
